Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional vibration reduction device having plural vibration control characteristics, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In a torsional vibration reduction device, a planetary rotation mechanism 14 for performing differential action with three rotational elements 15, 16, 17 is arranged inside a casing 5 of a torque converter 1 expanding or contracting according to inside pressure; a ring gear 16 is connected to a rotor 13 holding a mass body 2 in a pendulum-movable manner; a carrier 17 is connected to a turbine 7; an engagement mechanism 18 connecting a sun gear 15 to a stationary part 19 is connected to the sun gear 15; and further provided is a switching mechanism 20 configured to transmit force of deforming the casing 5 in an axial direction to the engagement mechanism 18 to engage or release the engagement mechanism 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
