Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply design an item input screen excellent in operability by a user.
CONSTITUTION: Each field of the distinction of sex code, the assignment code and the post code of the record of an employee's register file 11 is coupled with a distinction of sex table file 12, an assignment table file 13 and a post table file 14. An automatic layout device 30 performs an automatic layout of the locations of the input area of each code and the display area where the data pertinent to the codes is displayed based on the item designated information that a user designates via an input part 50, etc., and the coupling relation information of the files. The input screen of the employee's register according to this automatic layout is displayed on a display part 60.
