The jack base JB1: is attached to the end of a jack J to be attached to a vehicle, to maintain the vehicle attitude; and is contacted on the ground surface on which the vehicle tires are contacted. The jack base JB1 includes: a first layer Lr where a fiber layer Lf is formed by being elastically fixed with a rubber material R; a second layer Lt formed of the rubber material R on a top surface of the first layer Lr; and a third layer Lb formed of the rubber material R on an under surface of the first layer Lr.
