PURPOSE: To improve seasonproofness and pressureproofness and reduce weight by using a wire rod of synthetic resin or the like, forming a coil unit into a spiral shape having a prescribed pitch, organizing a coil unit surface with a plurality of fiber cards, and forming a blade in a circumferential surface total unit of the coil unit.

CONSTITUTION: A wire rod 30 of hard synthetic resin is spirally formed by a prescribed pitch, and a coil unit 3 is molded. The wire rods 30, 30 of this coil unit 3 are organized with fiber cords 4, to form a blade 2 in a circumferential surface total unit of the coil unit 3. A cylinder unit 1 is provided in the inside to constitute a jacket hose 20. Thus by constituting the blade 2 with the hard synthetic resin-made coil unit 3 serving as a forming core, a reinforcing function is strengthened to the cylinder unit 1 provided in the inside. Accordingly, by forming the blade of the fiber cords such as by traversing the synthetic resin-made wire rod by a prescribed pitch on the spiral-shaped coil unit as a blade core material, since the jacket hose is constituted by lining forming the cylinder unit of rubber material as a hose material in this blade, the hose, in addition to excellence in pressureproof and weatherproof, is flexible though lightening weight.
