A "series character" is allocated to an input key such that a table of the Japanese syllabary can be inputted, the columns of "aiueo" are also allocated to the input key allocated with the "series character", the "series character" and the "column" are simultaneously allocated to the input key, the "series character" is recognized when pushing the input key allocated in such a manner once, the "column" is recognized when subsequently pushing the "series character", so that one character of the Japanese characters of the table of the Japanese syllabary is inputted.
