To easily carry or store Japanese cloths (a kimono) in a folded-up state, and reliably prevent the occurrence of wrinkles by forming a Japanese cloths holder by arranging cutouts at several places in a thin plate-like body, and combining an exclusive bag for housing inside the Japanese cloths fixed by this Japanese clothes holder.
When folding up Japanese cloths, a Japanese cloths core 20 is preinserted into a front body of Japanese cloths. The Japanese cloths integral with the Japanese cloths core 20 are respecrtively inserted into the under side of respective pressers 4 to 2 arranged in the body 1 of a Japanese cloths holder to successively get in through grooves 16 to 11 to be arranged so that the Japanese clothes do not protrude from the body 1. Afterwards, the Japanese cloths integral with the body 1 are housed in an exclusive bag 45 or are suspended by a hanger hook as they are without using the exclusive bag 45. In the exclusive bag 45, respective gore parts 44a and respective Japanese clothes pressing- down pieces 44b are arranged along the long side so that the Japanese clothes do not protrude even in an extended state. Thus, the Japanese cloths can easily be carried or stored in a folded-up state, and the occurrence of wrinkles can be reliably prevented.
