To solve a problem of a recognition rate that is not always high in conversion into Japanese using a conventional voice recognition program in which a dictionary function must necessarily be large for achieving a higher recognition rate to be a burden on a user computer, and a cause for generation of malfunction.

A computer A is provided with a display part 19, a microphone 18, a keyboard 17, a storage part 13 storing a Japanese conversion program, and a CPU 14. The CPU 14 conducts a process of converting voice from the microphone 18 into processible data, a process of converting the data into Japanese using the Japanese conversion program and input signals from the keyboard 17, and a process of displaying the data converted into Japanese in the display part 19.
