To provide a method for producing Japanese lacquer-based coating, giving coated film having short drying time and excellent in glossiness and durability, compared with that of conventional coating and to provide a method for producing a Japanese lacquer-based coating, suitable for production of Japanese lacquer ink for inkjet.
The method for producing the Japanese-based coating comprises a micronizing step for minimizing average particle diameter of drops of water contained in water-in-oil type emulsion to a size of about 100 nm by micronizing the Japanese-based coating preferably at 20-40C by using a mill agitating with a medium, preferably after passing through water content ratio-regulating step for regulating water content so that the water content of oily component of raw Japanese lacquer or refined Japanese lacquer becomes 5-15 wt.%.
