CONSTITUTION: The inputted utterance is tentatively stored in a voice register 3, and the representation with declensional Kana ending information having an index coincident with the pronunciation in the register 3 is all read out from a dictionary storage device 5 and displayed on a display 13. The operator keys in a homonym selection key 101 and selects a desired representation. When the representation displayed on the display 13 is different from the desired representation by the declensional Kana ending, the operator keys in a declensional Kana selection key 102. A declensional Kana information converter 15 reads the content of an information register 9, changes one of selectable declensional Kana endings and displays it.
