Abstract:
PURPOSE: To bite off and crush even a material to be crushed of a large lump while securing the smooth transfer of the material to be crushed to a crushing chamber from a feeding port for the material to be crushed.
CONSTITUTION: A circular arc starting point P of a circular arc part 6a provided on the upper part side of a swing jaw plate 6 is positioned above a point of intersection Q with a horizontal line HL passing through the upper end part of a fixed jaw plate 3, and a straight part 6c is installed between the circular arc starting point P and the point of intersection Q. Then, the presence of the circular arc part 6a allows the smooth transfer of the material to be crushed to a crushing chamber 1a from a material to be crushed feeding port 11. Further, since the material to be crushed of a large lump gets caught between the upper end part of the fixed jaw plate 3 and the straight part 6c of the swing jaw plate 6, the material to be crushed is crushed, not floating upwards.
