To enhance a working efficiency in continuous crushing in an apparatus in which compression air and a fuel are fed to a cylindrical burner body 11 to ignite/burn them, a combustion gas is injected from a nozzle port 14 of the burner body as a high temperature jet stream of an acoustic velocity or more and an object is crushed by the jet injection stream.
The jet burner type crushing apparatus is provided with the burner body 11 and a crushing treatment tank 12 communicated in a vertical ring shape. The nozzle port 14 of the burner body 11 is provided such that the jet injection stream B is jetted toward the lowermost part of the treatment tank in a direction along a ring at an upper position slightly upper than the lowermost part of the crushing treatment tank. It is constituted by a crushing treatment mechanism part 1 having a wider flow passage cross section area than a ring flow passage at a position where it is deviated in an injection stream direction from the uppermost part of the crushing treatment tank and provided with a branch flow part 13 provided with a discharge connection port at an upper side; a material feeding mechanism part for feeding the object to be crushed to a front side just before the nozzle port of the burner body in the crushing treatment tank; and a separation mechanism part provided with a power separation part and a suction fan connected to the discharge port of the treatment tank.
