Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a jet engine that can provide propulsive force by directly driving a motor at superlow temp, jet compressor, generator and nitrogen refrigerator.
CONSTITUTION: Air, taken through an air inlet 1, is boosted by a main compressor 2 and exhausted through a multijet hole plate and an air injection nozzle 3 in the rear to provide an aircraft with propulsive force. A motor 4 is equipped with a liquid nitrogen cooling jacket 5 and drives a coaxial generator 6 and liquid nitrogen refrigerator 7. The refrigerator 7 cools the jacket 5 down to -183°C through a heat exchanger 8, piping 9 and reducing valve 10.
