To provide a jet head capable of reducing the noise based on the supply of fire extinguishing gas, and to provide a gas fire extinguishing system equipped with the same.
The jet head 41, connected to the outflow port of supply piping 22c for supplying the fire extinguishing gas into a target chamber to eject the fire extinguishing gas flowing through the supply piping 22c. The jet head includes: a first gas passage 61 also used as expansion chambers 63, 64 and 65 through which the fire extinguishing gas supplied from the outflow port of the supply piping 22c flows; and a second gas passage 62 also used as expansion chambers 68 and 69, wherein the jet head is further provided with the gas jet port 66 communicating with the first gas passage 61 and the gas jet port 70 communicating with the second gas passage 62, on the front walls 45 being the respective closed ends of the leading ends of the respective gas passages 61 and 62.
