PURPOSE: To prevent that a water supply hose is unexpectedly detached and to enhance the durability of a jet nozzle by providing the pressure reducing water discharge orifice communicating with the water supply passage between a hose connection part and a jet orifice to the peripheral surface part of a body part and closing the opening part of the pressure reducing water discharge orifice by an elastic member.

CONSTITUTION: In a jet nozzle 1, a cylindrical guide member 7 is inserted in the water supply hose 5 connected to a tap water cock at one end thereof from the other end of the hose 5 and the other end part of the hose 5 is connected to a hose connection part 6. Next, the cock is opened and the water supply hose 5 is grasped at the part inserted in the water supply hose 5 thereof to be operated so that the water injected from a jet orifice 9 reaches a desired part. When the pressure of the water supplied from the tap water cock is higher than predetermined water pressure, high water pressure acts on a pressure reducing water discharge orifice 10 and the pressure reducing water discharge orifice 10 is opened against the elastic force of the elastic member 11 closing the orifice 10 to discharge tap water and the water pressure of a water supply passage W is lowered until the acting water pressure and the elastic force of the elastic member 11 become a well-balanced state.
