Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet propulsion type planing boat capable of maintaining the steering function of the boat only when it is needed in adaptation to a situation, in the jet propulsion type planing boat capable of maintaining maneuvering of the boat even when a throttle is operated into an OFF state. SOLUTION: A number of revolutions of engine detecting sensor to sample the number of revolutions of engine in a time-series manner is disposed. When a signal that OFF operation of a throttle and steering operation are effected is obtained, not by using data on the number of revolutions of engine sampled in a first given time T1 between a point of time when the signal is obtained and a point of time going back in a given period from the point of time but by using data on the number of revolutions of engine sampled in a second given period T2 right before the first given period T1, it is decided whether the number of revolutions of engine obtained from data in the second given period T2 is higher than the given number of revolutions R and only when higher than the given number of revolutions, the number of revolutions of engine is temporarily increased.
