Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position plural combinations pistons and connecting rods with one assembling jig.
SOLUTION: This piston and connecting rod assembling jig 10 has a nearly rectangular parallelepiped framework 16, a first positioning part 18 for positioning a connecting rod 14 in the height direction (arrows A-A' direction), a second positioning part 20 for positioning the connecting rod 14 in the cross direction (arrows B-B' direction), and a third positioning part 22 for positioning a piston 12 in the height direction (arrows A-A' direction). The first positioning part 18 is provided with a first worm wheel 48 and a first worm 54, the second positioning part 18 is provided with a second worm wheel 98 and a second worm 108, and the third positioning part 22 is provided with a third worm wheel 154 and a third worm 156.
