To facilitate bonding work by setting the interval between spacers as desired, passing two adhesive masking tape rolls through a core, and pressing with a roll the tape drawn out of each tape roll.
Adhesive masking tape rolls A are freely rotatably passed through a core 7, and the interval L between spacer plates 6 is adjusted to set the interval between the masking tape rolls A to a desired one which corresponds to two parallel streaks. Next, a small amount of masking tape is drawn out of each masking tape roll A, the adhesive surface of the masking tape is bonded to a bonding surface B, and the tape roll A is pressed with a roll 2 and moved in (e) direction to cut the tape with a cutter main body 3. Thus the masking tapes can be held in equally spaced parallel lines and be easily bonded while their interval is set to the desired width.
