To provide a jig for correcting and adjusting plumbing of a steel frame, which enables the sure adjustment and fixation of a horizontal position by finely adjusting the movement of an erection piece through the use of a simple constitution and simple operations, and can realize the sure fixation of the horizontal position after the adjustment thereof.
An upper mounting part 9 of the jig 1 is provided with a horizontal adjusting device 4 which supports a right-side insertion member 22 and a left-side insertion member 23, whose tip parts are formed with inclined planes capable of abutting on a front end corner of an upper erection piece 65, in such a manner that the members 22 and 23 freely advance/retreat, by using a supporting part 21. The movement, in both horizontal directions, of the erection piece 65 is finely adjusted by selectively inserting the insertion members 22 and 23 into the front end corner of the erection piece 65, so that the horizontal position of an upper steel-frame column 62 with respect to a lower steel- frame column 61 can be adjusted and fixed.
