Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the jig for expanding an existing through hole by which an expansion through hole concentric with the existing through hole can be drilled without the shift of the center shaft of a drilling tool during drilling.
SOLUTION: By pushing a jig main body 1 into an existing through hole H', the push-pressed piece 7 is deformed elastically and engaged with the inner periphery surface of the existing through hole H' and also the contact plate 4 is stuck to the periphery edge of the drilled surface side of the existing through hole H' and in such state that the center shaft of a drilling tool D is inserted into the positioning hole 11 of the jig main body 1 and positioned, drilling work is carried out and the expansion through hole concentric with the existing through hole H' is drilled.
