Title:
JIG FOR FREQUENCY CHARACTERISTICS MEASUREMENT OF CHIP CAPACITOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3914479
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for frequency characteristics measurement wherein the convenience of frequency measurement is increased, without damaging the capacitor to be measured, a measuring jig, etc., while measurement precision is increased promoting low inductance.
SOLUTION: After a chip capacitor C to be measured is arranged between a ground line side and a core wire side by sliding a copper plate 132, the chip capacitor C is pinched by a screw 141 and a nut 142. As a result, it becomes unnecessary to solder the chip capacitor for each measurement. End portions of coaxial lines 5 are in close contact with each other in parallel, mutual ground lines exfoliated from the end portions are soldered mutually, and a ground line side contact part is formed, so that inductance by a substrate pattern like before is not generated.
