Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for heat treatment, by which the deformation can be reduced by uniformly cooling an annular member.
SOLUTION: The annular member 12 is fitted into the inside of a restricting ring 40 and also, supported from the lower side by the tip parts of six pieces of rods 28. Thus, the six rods 28 are brought into the point-contact with the bottom surface 12a of the laid annular member 12 to support this bottom surface 12a from the lower part. The inner wall surface 12d of the annular member 12 is induction-heated to the hardening temperature in this state by using an induction heating coil 60 and thereafter, cooling liquid is sprayed from a cooling jacket 70 to execute the rapid cooling.
