PURPOSE: To provide a jig for inserting a coil into a stator core, which arranges the coil from a winder into the specified gap of blades so that it may not break.
CONSTITUTION: The base of a blade 23 and a wedge guide 24 is retained with a holder 25, and a stripper 28 is arranged at the inside periphery of the blade 23. A flange 31 is attached to the outside periphery of the holder 25, and a circular coil receiving plate 34 is supported capably of lifting up and down by the guide bar 32 erected on the flange 31, and it is energized toward the first upper position A usually by a spring 37. Moreover, a coil guide 42 is erected on the coil receiving plate 34 capably of tilting toward the blade 23 by the pivot 44, and the coil guide 42 is so made as to tilt toward the blade 23 by the press member 46 as a tilting member when the coil receiving plate 34 is pressed down to the second lower position B.
