Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an artificial tooth which suppress the reduction in the work efficiency and quality in manufacturing.SOLUTION: There is provided a jig for manufacturing an artificial tooth used when manufacturing complete dentures using reference artificial teeth of the complete denture type in which artificial teeth are fixed on a reference dental plate member. When (i) the direction becoming the lip side and cheek side of the complete dentures is the front side, the direction becoming the throat side is the rear side, the side facing an alveolar ridge mucous membrane in an oral cavity of a patient is the mucous membrane side in a state where the complete dentures are attached to the oral cavity of the patient, and (ii) the side on the mucous membrane side is the mucous membrane surface and the surface on the opposite side thereof is the polished surface in the reference dental plate member, and the boundary between the mucous membrane surface and the polished surface is considered as a "floor edge," a jig 300 for manufacturing an artificial tooth includes a front groove part 320 which can be stored so as to surround a region in the vicinity of a lip side floor edge and a cheek side floor edge of the reference dental plate member and/or a rear groove part 330 which can be stored so as to surround a region in the vicinity of a throat side floor edge of the reference dental plate member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
