Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a jig that is used when warpage of a three-dimensional molding is corrected using a three-dimensional lamination molding technique without changing the technique.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a jig that is used when a first three-dimensional molding which is laminated and molded on a first substrate by three-dimensional lamination molding and has an uneven-shaped surface and a second three-dimensional molding which is provided on a second substrate and has an uneven-shaped surface are heated while the second three-dimensional molding is fit into the first three-dimensional molding, the first substrate and the second substrate are pressed in a direction of approaching each other, and warpage of the first three-dimensional molding is corrected includes: a data creation step of creating 3D data having a distance between at least a top surface in the uneven-shaped surface of the first three-dimensional molding and the second substrate when the first substrate and the second substrate are pressed; and a manufacturing step of manufacturing a jig by lamination molding the second three-dimensional molding with a resin material on the second substrate by three-dimensional lamination molding on the basis of the 3D data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
