In using the rope-pulling jig 50, the tip end of the rope is wound around to apply a pulling force from the tip end of the rope to the base end. The jig comprises a rod 51 provided with a handle 52 at one end, and a 1st catching part 53, and a 2nd catching part 54 respectively provided on the other end of the rod 51. A part in the recoil rope 46 extending from the handle 52 is wound at least once on the 1st catching part 53. The 2nd catching part 54 guides the part of the recoil rope 46 extending to the base end of the recoil rope 46 from the 1st catching part 53 through a rod-crossing part 55.
