PURPOSE: To measure the tensile strength of the claw connecting part of a photographic film cartridge.
CONSTITUTION: A jig for tensile test (hereinafter referred to as jig) 50 is formed of a lever member 53 and a holder 55 for housing and holding a photographic film cartridge 10. The holder 55 is formed of a pedestal part 60 for placing the photographic film cartridge 10, a holding member 67, side plates 61, 62, a base part 63, a guide part 64, and a clamper 68, and it holds only an upper case 11 having a part to be locked. The lever member 53 has a claw 53a to be hooked on the locking claw 43 of a lower case 12, and is supported by the holder 55 in such a manner as to be capable of sliding. Since a load can be added only to the connecting part between the part to be locked and the locking claw 32 to separate them when the photographic film cartridge 10 is set in the holder 55, and the lever member 53 is slid, a tensile test for the connecting part of the cartridge 10 can be performed by installing this jig to a tensile test means.
