Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for tensing and holding a stranded wire pushing and fitting a gripper efficiently and uniformly into a cone in the case of the connection of a clamping tool of the PC stranded wire.
SOLUTION: The jig for tensing and holding the stranded wire is composed of a first vertical member 11, a second vertical member 12, a third vertical member 13, a first horizontal member 21 and a second horizontal member 22. The member 21 is supported pivotally at the lower end of the member 11 at one end, inserted into a through-hole formed in the member 13 at the other end and screwed, and a space between the upper ends of the member 11 and the member 13 is expanded and can be brought into close contact with an outer peripheral surface. The member 22 is supported pivotally to the member 12 in the vicinity of one end, inserted into the through-hole formed in the member 13 at the other end and screwed, and the space between the upper ends of the member 12 and the member 13 is expanded and the gripper 31 is pushed into a recess of the cone 32.
