Title:
JIG FOR TRUING UP SLENDER PARTS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5811412
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To quickly and efficiently true up numerous parts, by removably mounting a parts guide frame on base provided with parts holes in two-dimensional rows, so that two parts holes are located in each mesh of the lattice of the frame.

CONSTITUTION: Nemerous slender parts such as cathode sleeves 1 are thrown on a jig fitted with a guide frame 5 and are then vibrated vertically. At that time, the cathode sleeve 1 located on the guide frame 5 and parallel with the major side of the mesh 7 of the guide frame comes into contact with the lattice 6 of the frame so that the sleeve becomes vertical and enters into a hole 4. The cathode sleeve 1 parallel or oblique to the minor side of the mesh 7 becomes 1 having reached a base 3 and become horizontal is set up by the vibration of flipped up on the frame 5 by the vibration so that the sleeve enters into a hole 4. The cathode sleeves 1 are thus put in all the hole 4. After that, the guide frame 5 is removed and the base 1 is tilted, thereby easily removing the surplus cathode sleeves.
