PURPOSE: To obtain a jigsaw puzzle without a possibility to generate a damage and rupture and with an excellent durability by forming a guide groove between an adjoining puzzle small pieces so that the travelling toy can travel along a guide groove 4.

CONSTITUTION: A guide groove 4, in which a guide pin B1 of a travelling toy B freely slides, is formed between mutual sections of adjoining puzzle small pieces 2 so that the travelling toy B to build in the driving mechanism can travel along the guide groove 4. Prescribed puzzle small pieces 2 are bonded to a recessed part 1a as a fixed puzzle small piece 3 beforehand. For the manufacture, first, a release agent 15 is applied at the prescribed position of a bottom paper 12 surface and adhesives 16 are applied to the surface whole. On this, an intermediate paper 11 to bond a cover 10 is bonded, and the puzzle small pieces 2 and a cut-out line 14 for a guide groove 4 are provided by a suitable cutter at the cover 10 and the intermediate paper 11.
