Abstract:
The present invention provides a wire saw that suppresses vibration in a susceptor or a casing in such a manner that a susceptor is more firmly attached to a casing. The wire saw (1) comprises: a mainbody portion (P) having a resin case (2) and a motor (32) and a slider (8) disposed inside the case (2); a base (14) supporting the main body portion (P) in a left and right tilting mode; a base holder (112) that presses the main body portion (P) towards the base (14); and a bolt (147) that penetrates the base (14), the body portion (P) and a base holder (112) for fixing the body portion (P) to the base (14) by axial stretching of the bolt, the base holder (112) having a pressing surface that extends in the front-rear direction.
