This device is provided with a mail transmitting and receiving part 103 for receiving a first electronic mail including an execution command for instructing the execution of an application program and input data necessary for the execution of the application program and a second electronic mail including a confirmation command for controlling the application program, a control part 101 for executing the application program based on the execution command and input data included in the first electronic mail under a condition that the first electronic mail is received, and a command mail part 107 for controlling the application program to be executed according to the confirmation command included in the second electronic mail under a condition that the second electronic mail is received.
