CONSTITUTION: When a job processing part 2 assigns a job J1 of a user name A to a line printer 3-0, it is stored in a table 11, and its contents are outputted to the line printer 3-0, and they are stored in a data set 4 after this processing is terminated. When the user A inputs a job display command from a console 6, it is detected by a command processing part 7, and a searching part 8 gathers all data of the user name A and displays them on the display of the console 6.
