Abstract:
PURPOSE: To function plural switching functions by one operating button by regulating the positions of the operating button, a restoring spring, a brush and a rubber contact point by a fitting board and transmitting the electricity of the rubber contact point to a flexible pattern.
CONSTITUTION: The brush 14 is fitted to a dial 12 to rotate with the dial 12 on the flexible pattern 15 to send an electrical signal. Furthermore, the dial 12 is held by the fitting board 19 with the rubber contact point and the fitting board 19 is held by a nail 11f projecting from a base substrate 11. Operation buttons 16 and 17 are arranged on the top of a contact point 18 and the button 16 moves up/down with the fitting board 19 as a guide and is punch-hooked by a nail 16a. On the other hand, the button 17 is positioned at four places by the rubber contact point 18 and punch-held by a nail 19a projecting from the fitting board 19. Then, at the time of pressurizing the button 17, it rotary- moves downward by setting the nail 19a to be a supporting point. Then, the contact point 18 is deform-bent to continue with a fixed contact point on the pattern 15. Then, at the time of arranging the restoring spring 13 at the back face of of the subsrate 11, a space is ensured to function the plural switching functions by either of the button 16 or 17.
