Abstract:
To provide fittings capable of preventing a panel material from coming off an outer sash, even when a bottom rail of the outer sash is melted.SOLUTION: A double-hung window 1 (fittings) comprises an upper sash 20 (outer sash) that is fixed within a window frame 10, and a lower sash (inner sash) that slides on the indoor side of the upper sash 20. The upper sash 20 is constituted by fitting a double glazing panel 24 (panel material) into its framed inside having a bottom rail 22, and fixed to the window frame 10 via an incombustible fixing device 50 that is provided between right and left jambs 13 of the window frame 10 and the bottom rail 22. The bottom rail 22 is provided with an incombustible rail reinforcing material 70, and the rail reinforcing material 70 is connected to the fixing device 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
