Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining device which is configured to form a joint part of a wearing article and enables the discrimination of the wearing article by a pattern of the joint part.SOLUTION: A joining device (3) includes an annular rotating body (31), a plurality of anvil units (32) located on one of the outside and the inside of a circumferential surface of the rotating body, and a plurality of ultrasound units (33) which are located on the other of the outside and the inside of the circumferential surface and face the anvil units, and oscillates ultrasonic waves from the ultrasound units to the anvil units when the anvil units and the ultrasound units are brought into contact. In the joining device, the anvil unit includes a tightly-holding face (42) which can make contact with the ultrasound unit and a plurality of protruding parts (43) formed on the tightly-holding face, and patterns of the protruding parts are different among the anvil units.
