PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining member capable of surely joining at a temp. of ≤300°C, a composite material formed with the joining members and a manufacture method for the composite material.
SOLUTION: The first joining member 1 is provided with an aluminum alloy layer 3 and a copper plated layer 6 formed on one side surface of the aluminum alloy layer 3, an average grain size of copper contained in the copper plated layer is ≤1.0μm. The second joining member 7 is provided with an iron alloy layer 10 and a copper plated layer 8, an average grain size of copper contained in the copper plated layer is ≤1.0μm. A composite material is formed with diffusion joining of the copper plated layers 6, 8.
