Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently disjoint a joined member joined by a joining member by applying a high frequency magnetic field and a high frequency electric field to the joined member composed of a composite material containing a heating aid.
SOLUTION: Two epoxy resin plates 3, 3' are joined by a screw made of ferrite powder-containing polycarbonate and a high frequency magnetic field is applied thereto. A screw holes are provided to the central parts of the epoxy resin plates and, as a joining member, a screw made of polycarbonate containing, for example, 10wt.% of Ni-Zn-ferrite with an average particle size of 50μm as a heating aid 2 is used. The high frequency magnetic field 4 is generated by connecting a high frequency output device to a magnetic field generating coil and the high frequency output &par thereof is, for example, 2kW and output frequency thereof is 400kHz. The epoxy resin plates 3, 3' joined by the polycarbonate screw 2 are arranged to the central part of the magnetic field generating coil and the high frequency magnetic field is continuously applied thereto by using the high frequency output device.
