Title:
JOINING METHOD OF BURIED FORMWORK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3550437
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent intrusion of a deteriorating factor by adhering rib parts of box-shaped FRP parts constituting a formwork base main body of a buried formwork by an adhesive by means of mating them with each other and joining the adhered rib parts by a fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) lining.
CONSTITUTION: A buried formwork 1 is formed by integrating a box-shaped formwork base main body 2 made of FRP and mortar 3, and an irregular part 4 is formed on the concrete 5 depositing side of the mortar 3. The rib parts 6 are adhered on each other by coating an epoxy adhesive 7 on the neighbouring rib parts of the FRP formwork base main bodies 2 to which the buried formwork 1 is connected. An FRP lining 8 is formed by placing fiber such as mat shaped or sheet shaped glass fiber, etc., on the connected rib parts 6 by means of adjusting it to measurement of a lining part of the rib parts 6. Consequently, it is possible to extensively reduce working treatment of joints and to prevent salinity intrusion of joint parts.
