Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracking of concrete resulting from load and slipping-off of an embedded column and prevent the cross section deformation of a steel tube pile for asymmetric load given from a steel frame column by tightening the upper outer periphery of a concrete filled steel tube column after the circumference of the leg part of the steel frame column is filled with a filler and giving prestress on a pile head part.
SOLUTION: The leg part 11 of a steel frame column 1 is inserted in the upper space part of a concrete filled steel tube pile 2, concrete as an embedded material 4 is filled into the circumferential of the steel frame column 1, after the embedded material 4 is substantially hardened, a prestress introduction ring 5 is tightened, and a compression prestress is introduced in the upper part of a pile head part 21. A prestress tension is put in the embedded material 4 through the steel tube pile 2, the embedded material 4 is always under a compression stress state, and even if load from the steel frame column 1 is received, cracks can be prevented. In addition, even if a pile head cross section deforms by an asymmetric load, the cross section deformation can be prevented since introduction prestress is exerted keep a true circule.
