PURPOSE: To expand an application over a wide range by winding a wire rope around a contact point on the circumferences of adjacent tires, and jointing the tires with both ends of the wire tightened with a wire clip.
CONSTITUTION: When the inside of a tire 1 to contain concrete is filled with concrete 2 and three concrete-filled tires 1a, 1b and 1c are jointed to one another, a wire rope 3 is wound about a contact position on the circumferences of the tires 1a and 1b. Then, both the leading end 3a and trailing end 3b of the rope 3 are overlapped with each other, engaged with the U-shaped section of a wire clip 3c, and then tightened with the clip 2c. A similar work is, then, undertaken for the contact points of the tires 1b and 1c, and 1c and 1a, thereby jointing the three tires 1a, 1b and 1c. Thereafter, the jointed tire 1 is laid along the surface of a slope, and adjacent tires 11 are jointed to each other with a steel wire or the like. According to this constitution, the strength of the contact point can be kept high, and an acting force can be dispersed, due to the combination of circular forms. A slope surface frame highly resistant against differential settlement can be thus provided.
