PURPOSE: To simplify the joining of a precast reinforcement concrete (hereinafter referred to as PC) earthquake resisting wall and a steel frame beam for labor saving, to reduce an executing cost required for erection and joining, to shorten an execution schedule and to make joining having high bearing force being high in reliability possible.
CONSTITUTION: Cover plates 3 for joining a steel frame beam flange is severally attached to the four corners of the upper and lower faces of a wall plate 2 made of PC, and both the ends 4a of a plurality of perpendicular reinforcements 4 of the wall plate 2 are protrusively formed. Both the ends 4a of the perpendicular reinforcement 4 of the wall plate 2 are inserted through a passing through hole provided on the flange of a steel frame beam bracket additional provided on a steel frame beam 7 or a PC column 9 on upper and lower floors and fixed. Thus the wall plate and the steel frame beam are mutually joined.
