To meet such requirements that a joined part of a precast reinforced concrete member is capable of forming a reinforcement screw rods with each other so that a tensile force can be transmitted, is capable of connecting members closely to each other without clearance, is capable of preventing the members from being laterally displaced so that a shearing force can be transmitted, and is freely attachable and detachable.

When this joining part with a turntable formed by installing the turntable having irregularities on the side surfaces thereof at the center of a screw bar having a right-hand thread on the half part and a left-hand thread on the remaining half part thereof vertically to the axis of the screw rod is rotated to screw into an opposed member, both members are pulled to each other to press the turntable and so that these members are connected closely to each other. When the joining part is rotated in the reverse direction, the members are separated from each other.
