Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve workability and cleaning efficiency, and to shorten workhours by installing a blade for crushing and a scraper to a cleaner body guided by the guide H steel of a joining steel plate and throwing down crushed stone.
CONSTITUTION: A cleaner 1 is thrown down by the guide of one guide H steel of a joining steel plate through guides 3. Blades 5-9 for crushing bites crushed stone by its own weight of the cleaner 1, and consolidation self-supported crushed stone is loosened, or solidified crushed stone is cracked. The total weight of the cleaner 1 is applied to the edges of the blades of scrapers 10-12, and loosened crushed stone and solidified crushed stone, in which cracks are generated, are scraped off from the surfaces of the joining steel plate and the guide H steel. The cleaner 1 is pulled up, falling and scraping are repeated and the joining steel plate and the guide H steel are cleaned sufficiently, and the left-side joining steel plate is cleaned, and the right-side joining steel plate are cleaned.
