Abstract:
To provide a joint capable of making a worker easily find an engagement start position of a screw in a work for connecting a nut to a joint body.SOLUTION: A joint body is a cylindrical member, and includes a male screw on a peripheral wall end portion. A sleeve is disposed in the peripheral wall end portion of the joint body at a first peripheral end portion, and disposed in an end portion of a pipe at a second peripheral wall end portion. A nut includes a female screw at a first peripheral end portion, and penetrates the second peripheral wall end portion of the sleeve at a second peripheral end portion. The second peripheral wall end portion of the sleeve includes a projection on an outer peripheral surface. The nut includes a groove on an inner peripheral surface. The projection of the sleeve and the groove of the nut are constituted as follows. In a work for connecting the female screw of the nut to the male screw of the joint body, the nut is guided to a position to start engagement of the screw, when the projection of the sleeve passes through the groove of the nut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
