A reclining device 4 being a joint device has a disk-like rachet 10, the guide 20, a set plate 30, poles 40a and 40b, a slide cam 50 and spring members 70a to 70d. At the inner board surface 20a of the guide 20, a plurality of recessed housing parts 22a to 22d capable of housing the spring members 70a to 70d are formed. The housing parts 22a to 22d are shaped as a series of protrusion-shaped protrusion parts connected with each other as a shape projecting from the outer board surface 20b being the rear surface of an inner board surface 20a, and the protrusion parts are constituted as the fitting parts for bonding the guide 20 with a member on the side of a seat cushion.
