PURPOSE: To obtain the firm joint with the simple constitution by integrally forming a projection part inserted into an installation hole on a joint member on a trunk part for the insertion of a bolt, forming a contact surface which can contact the outer and inner surfaces of the joint member and a pressing surface which extends in the direction crossing at right angle with the shaft of a bolt, on the trunk part and the projection part.

CONSTITUTION: A steel plate is bent, and a projection part 22 for the insertion into an insertion hole 25 of a joint member 24 is integrally formed in succession to a U-shaped trunk part 21 having a vacant trunk part into which a bent bolt 27 can be inserted. A contact surface 21b which is parallel to the shaft 27a of a bolt 27 and can contact the outer surface of the joint member 24 and a surface 21c on which a nut 28 is engaged are formed on the trunk part 21, and a contact surface 22a which extends in parallel to the shaft 27a and can contact the inner surface of the joint member 24 and a pressing surface 22b which can contact the wall surface close to the fixed member 26 of the installation hole 25 in the direction crossing at right angle with the shaft 27a are formed on the projection part 22. The projection part 22 is inserted into the installation hole 25 of the joint member 24, and tightening is performed by a bolt 27, and then, the pressing surface 22b contacts the wall surface of the installation hole 25, and the joint member 24 can be pressed and fixed on the fixed member 26 side.
