The snap ring 31 has: a base end cylinder part 33 mounted to the cylindrical body 11; and a transparent resin end cylinder part 34 mounted to the base end cylinder part 33. A regulating cylinder part 42 provided on the inner surface of the tip cylinder part 34 is provided with a regulating step part 51 regulating the end part of the cover body 3 eliminated by a fixed length from the end part of the corrugated tube 2.
