Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint-forming apparatus for a pseudo-bamboo material wherein a joint part can be formed while the pseudo-bamboo material is continuously sent out as it is, and a forming position of the joint part can be easily changed.
SOLUTION: In a joint-forming apparatus for a pseudo-bamboo material, a couple of upper and lower endless belts are driven in a freely sending out manner while a pseudo-bamboo material is pinched. Then, each of the upper and lower endless belts is provided wherein a recessed surface and a projected surface according to a surface shape of the pseudo-bamboo material are formed, and a plurality of joint-forming units wherein a joint-forming arcuated projected part and an arcuated recessed part are formed on each of the recessed surface and the projected surface, and a plurality of sending out units in which they are not formed are connected to each other so that their arrangement can be rearranged.
