Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a joint manufacturing method which provides a lightweight and strong joint and can easily manufacture a joint having a connecting part corresponding to the use.
CONSTITUTION: In a joint 2 where a girder member 1 including a hollow extruded material is form-fitted and connected, each end of a joint stock tube 6 to be formed of a hollow extruded material is sealed, and at the same time, a swollen part 4 to execute the form fitting and connection of the girder member 1 is provided in a projecting manner at least on a part of a joint body 3 by applying pressure to the inside of the joint stock tube. This constitution allows formation of a lightweight and strong joint, and the joint having a connecting part corresponding to the use can be easily manufactured.
