To provide a joint sealing method for a joint of a precast concrete member, which enables work to be performed independently of weather, by using a tube body capable of being easily and surely positioned on the outer periphery of the joint portion of the joint of the precast concrete member, which can surely prevent grout from leaking to the outside, and which is excellent in constructibility, economic efficiency and flexibility.

The outer periphery of the joint portion X of the joint 10 is closed by winding the expandable and contractible tube body 3 along an outer peripheral surface of the joint 10 of the precast concrete member. A flowable material such as air is sucked in and eliminated from the tube body 3 by means of a suction device 9 such as a vacuum pump, so that the tube body 3 can be contracted. Thus, the outer periphery of the joint portion X of the joint 10 is sealed by being tightened with no gap by pressure higher than grout filling pressure.
